Our modular hotplate design is ideal for multiple simultaneous welding operations and can be freely oriented and configured to suit such applications whereby many parts require welding.

The picture shows our standard machine with internal parts storage and it is tooled to accept a blow moulded automotive turbo duct.

The duct has four parts welded to it with sensors to detect inserted metal components.

 

 

These turbo-charger ducts were welded on the above multi-part blow moulding hot plate welding machine.
